Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options & Rates

We offer the following delivery options within the UK:

  • Free Standard Delivery (Orders over £50): Delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard Delivery (Orders under £50): Delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch @£4.99

  • Express Delivery: Delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch @ £6.99

  • International: Delivered within 6-15 business days after dispatch. See checkout for final cost.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is on its way, we will send an email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to register with the courier.

Delivery Issues & Inquiries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated transit time, please allow an additional 2 business days before reaching out, as courier delays can occasionally happen. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
